Algodon Mansion will feature a dramatic 4-story interior waterfall that can be seen and enjoyed from virtually all of our 10 ultra-luxury suites. Our Presidential Suites offer private dining rooms that may alternately serve as conference rooms, and also feature baby grand pianos as well as ample wine-themed wet bars. Our Master Suites also feature wine-themed wet bars as well as the unique luxury of functional hearths. All of Algodon Mansion's Suites feature décor inspired by French Classic design, as well as luxurious hand-carved stone adorning the baths. One of our Standard Suites uniquely features an exterior balcony overlooking a beautiful landscaped private garden.
While the Algodon Mansion will serve as a high-end, private boutique hotel for distinguished guests, we also hope to appeal to the local community with our dynamic restaurant serving French-fusion & Argentine themed cuisine. Our newly appointed head of Food & Beverage is the celebrated Chef Diego Coll Benegas, whose international experience includes promoting Argentinean cuisine at major hotels in Taiwan, Hong Kong, Malaysia, and the Philippines. Mr. Coll Benagas' vision for Algodon Mansion's restaurant cuisine is, "...geared to reflect a remembrance of Argentina's golden years, when Europe, especially France, was the model to follow. Hence, the cuisine will strongly reflect European influence, and the link between cultures that took place in the Buenos Aires of yesteryear." Mr. Coll Benegas also says that he hopes to inspire an epicurean tour throughout the country by including on the menu some of the least known, yet most fascinating Argentine foods as well as a splendid collection of Argentine wines.
In addition to our main dining room, Algodon Mansion will also feature a private dining room which may also serve as a lounge and smoking room. The private dining room will incorporate a wine cave and humidor, and lies adjacent to our library bar as well as a spacious outside dining patio which features an A-framed glass ceiling and fireplace. The stately Algodon Mansion will also feature an ultramodern "walk-in" wine cellar, and the neighborhood's most luxurious rooftop pool, spa, sauna, and bar. Algodon Mansion has also recently engaged the esteemed Pablo Veloso as General Manager. His responsibilities will include sales and marketing, operations, guest relations, front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, finances, team building, and staff development. Mr. Veloso has been instrumental in the opening and direction of several four and five-star hotel properties throughout Argentina.
