We appeal to the entrepreneurial investor.

DPEC Partners was formed with the individual investor in mind, and this founding principle still guides us today. Many investors are either too busy to seek out prodigious opportunities, or do not want to incur the risk of taking on something much larger than themselves.

We are constantly looking to identify exceptional investment opportunities, which because of their size and scope, may be unattainable to most individual investors. Once DPEC Partners has selected what we believe to be the potential for excellence, we structure direct partnerships between the project’s developers, our clients and ourselves. DPEC Partners manages these relationships on a day-to-day basis in an effort to maximize our partnership values.

We believe that the individual investor should be given the same opportunities and access to institutional deals, which were traditionally only available to major corporations or the super wealthy. We seek to collectively empower individual accredited investors by pooling their capital and allowing these individuals to invest as an institution, thereby giving them access to institutional deals.

DPEC Partners will only select companies that we ourselves would want to invest in before presenting any opportunities to our clients and partners.
