Argentina’s wine scene is booming, and there’s another wine-country presence making its debut in Buenos Aires: Algodon Wine Estates & Champions Club, the Mendoza country lodge and premier Malbec producer, now has a smart city outpost. Algodon Mansion (pictured; www.algodonmansion.com; suites from $484), a lovely converted 1912 private residence, has just 10 very sleek contemporary suites (the smallest of which clocks in at a healthy 60 sq m), and can be taken as a single rental for private parties.
