Douglas W. Magnuson

Mr. Magnuson is a founding Partner of DPEC Partners, where he has served as Managing Director for over 10 years. His responsibilities include development and sales of ALGODON Properties’ luxury brand, its wine and winery, vineyards, luxury homesites and real estate. His expertise includes opening the private equity market to high net-worth accredited individuals, private and corporate accounts, and pension and profit sharing plans. He is a founding member of DPEC Partners’ wholly owned subsidiary InvestProperty Group. He is also a founding Partner and Managing Director of Hollywood Burger, a “Fresh Food, Fast!” restaurant concept currently under development in Argentina, Dubai and the United Arab Emirates. Mr. Magnuson has over 14 years of experience in the securities industry, and prior to joining DPEC, he served at Geneva Capital Management, Dalton Kent Securities and Broad Band Securities. Mr. Magnuson is a married father of 2, and when not at work, he enjoys playing golf and sailing.
