Tim F. Holderbaum

Mr. Holderbaum studied Management and Marketing at Northwood University, subsequently receiving a Bachelor of Business Administration. He began career at Burmah Oil in Hamburg, Germany where his responsibilities involved the forecasting and budgeting for 13 Central and Eastern European countries. Mr. Holderbaum later served as the Director of International Affairs at Impact Media, Ltd., where he coordinated and managed several focused, special-advertising sections for various international markets. Mr. Holderbaum has been with DPEC Partners for the last 7 years, and currently acts as an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He is responsible for the operational and financial aspects of DPEC Partners’ subsidiary InvestBio, Inc., and affiliate InvestProperty Group, Inc. (which includes day-to-day operations, auditing, accounting and filings, as well as the operational management and structuring of investment partnerships.) Mr. Holderbaum enjoys playing soccer and traveling in his free time. He originally hails from Kaiserslautern, Germany and has lived in New York for 8 years.
