Keith T. Fasano

Mr. Fasano is a founding Partner of DPEC Partners, where he has served as Managing Director for over 10 years.  His responsibilities include development and sales of ALGODON Properties’ luxury brand, its wine and winery, vineyards, luxury homesites and real estate. His expertise includes opening the private equity market to high net-worth accredited individuals, private and corporate accounts, and pension and profit sharing plans.  With over 20 years of experience in the securities industry, he currently also serves as Chief Compliance Officer for DPEC Capital and is a founding member of DPEC Partners’ wholly owned subsidiary InvestProperty Group.  Mr. Fasano is also a founding Partner and Managing Director of Hollywood Burger, a “Fresh Food, Fast!” restaurant concept currently under development in Argentina, Dubai and the United Arab Emirates. Prior to joining DPEC, he was employed at Gilford Securities, Whale Securities, and Lehman Brothers.  Mr. Fasano holds a BA in Economics from Rutgers University. He coaches girls' softball, and enjoys playing golf in his spare time. Mr. Fasano lives in New Jersey with his wife and 3 daughters.
