Mariano Mayer is a Semi-Senior Associate at Uriburu-Bosch & Associates law firm in Buenos Aires, where he primarily practices Real Estate Law. He represents the Algodon Mansion and Algodon Wine Estates projects. Mr. Mayer is a member of the Entrepreneurship Department and the Coordinator of the Real Estate Department. He concentrates his practice on General Business law, primarily in the areas of Corporate Law, Real Estate, and Intellectual Property. As a member of the Entrepreneurship Department, Mr. Mayer is the legal advisor of some of the most prestigious entrepreneurship institutions in Argentina, such as Endeavor, the Entrepreneurship Centers from IAE Business School, ITBA (Technological Institute of Buenos Aires), UTN (National Technology University), CEMA, and Live Wire of Argentina (Shell Foundation). He has taught several courses on topics relating to Law for Entrepreneurs and Venture Capitalists.
Mr. Mayer is a licensed realtor and has been involved in several important real estate development projects including recreational farms, productive farms, and petit hotels. He has mainly represented foreign investors and has been the legal representative, trustee, or a member of the board. Mr. Mayer received his degree from the Austral University School of Law. He has also attended the postgraduate "Patents Program" from Austral University School of Law, and the Postgraduate "Legal Issues from Corporate Finance" program from the Law Studies Center. Mr. Mayer is married and lives in San Isidro, a traditional and historic town north of Buenos Aires. In his free time he enjoys playing football, tennis and golf. He also enjoys music and sings in a choir.
