Orlan Boston

Mr. Boston has over ten years of consulting and industry experience. He is a Senior Manager at Deloitte Consulting where he focuses on helping organizations improve business performance through strategic, person-to-person, structural, business process, and technology changes. His diverse background includes extensive Strategic Change, Organizational Effectiveness, Human Resources, Program Management, and Strategy and Operations consulting experience across a variety of industries including Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Medical Devices, High Technology, and Media. His other consulting areas of focus primarily lie in the field of complex enterprise transformation efforts such as mergers and acquisitions, outsourcing, off-shoring, shared services, and company restructuring. In addition to his management consulting experience, he has had significant entrepreneurial experience, having started and led two new media technology companies targeting the Latin American markets, as well as real estate development in New York and Florida. As a former entrepreneur, Mr. Boston also advises early-stage companies in media and retail. Having spent a good portion of his life outside of the US in Spain and Italy, he has leveraged those experiences in and outside of his consulting career. Mr. Boston holds a BS degree in Finance and International Business from the NYU Stern School of Business.
