History

Diversified Private Equity Corporation Partners, or DPEC Partners, through its InvestBio and InvestProperty Group affiliates, has created an infrastructure that is positioned to capitalize on venture capital/private equity investment opportunities principally but not exclusively involving promising biotechnology companies and real estate ventures. The combination of these two firms enables us to develop investment products and offer them to qualified investors. Drawing on the knowledge and expertise of our advisors, we have created several investment partnerships, which yield both operating income as well as a significant percentage of potential partnership profits without requiring significant capital investment.

DPEC Partners is a Delaware corporation originally formed in April 1999. We recently changed our name from Diversified Biotech Holdings Corp. This change reflects our continuing evolution and underscores our involvement in opportunities beyond the biotech sector. We are now a broader based firm committed to varied private equity opportunities. From our inception, however, our goal has always been to provide entrepreneurial and institutional investment opportunities to qualified or accredited investors to whom such opportunities historically were largely not available.

Today, DPEC Partners offers its partners access to alternative investment opportunities that are specifically tailored to investors desiring to expand their portfolio into a unique and diverse resource. Over the years, we have formed meaningful and lasting personal relationships with our clients. Our clients are our partners, and are oftentimes directly involved in the development and management of the deals we broker.
